Should you not be totally satisfied with the performance of any equipment purchased from Fax Express, Fax Express, at your request, will replace it without charge with an identical model or, at Fax Express's option, with another piece of equipment with comparable features and capabilities. This Guarantee applies only to equipment purchased directly from Fax Express that has been continually maintained by Fax Express under an MPS Agreement. This Guarantee will be effective for a period of 3 years from the date of installation. Prior to exercising your Total Satisfaction Guarantee, Fax Express must be given the right to correct any performance problems and, if unable to do so to your 100% satisfaction, will co-ordinate directly with you in selecting the proper replacement model. **

If at any time during the first 30 days following installation you are not completely satisfied with your new equipment, Fax Express will replace it, if necessary, with a totally different make and model. Of course, if you purchase a more expensive unit, you will pay the difference.

Fax Express Buy Back Guarantee*

At the end of 36 months, Fax Express guarantees to buy back your new equipment for 50% of the original purchase price of the base unit provided:

1. You purchase all of the supplies for the unit directly from Fax Express during the 36-month period AT COMPETITIVE PRICES! (Fax Express will always beat the price offered by competitors for the same supplies.)

2. You must maintain a Maintenance Agreement directly through Fax Express on the original equipment for the full 36-month period.

3. At the end of 36 months, you must use the 50% credit to purchase another unit of equal or greater value than the cost of the original unit.
